What I liked about the book: Normally I don't like 'first person' stories, but this is the exception to my rule. Being in Katie's head is an Irish Delight. Her life is so unique and outlandish, with problems most of us will never have, but once she gets in your head, she'll be hard to let go. | ||

There is much to like about this novel. The characters are wonderful, the storyline different and intriguing and I found myself feeling very much like the protagonist (which tells the story in first person). | ||
| Areas that could be improved: | It is a little short. I was able to read it in a single setting. When I finished, I wasn't ready to let this wonderful character go. Fortunately the second book is in the library. However, you might want to combine them and make them one book of a longer size. | ||
