Reviews for The Candy Store Caper

Review #85 . This book was rated 4 Stars by this reviewer
A short and sassy story for pre-teens to early teens.

Review:

What I liked:

My daughter simply loved this story. She greatly appreciated the dictionary attached to the back, for despite her rather large vocabulary for a 9 year old, there were words she did not know. As a parent, I read it first, and was surprised to discover myself laughing at some of Larisa's actions. You've captured the creative daring of youth very well.
Areas that could be improved: I'm not going to tell you to drop the large vocabulary words, because I think it helps children to read beyond their current vocabulary, but if you had not attached a section in the back defining the words, most kids will not understand this short sassy story.

A delicous tale of intrigue!

Review:

What I liked:

This tale for pre to young teens is fun. I've read both tales and think Larisa Lane gets in more trouble than a child should, but all ends well in the end.
Areas that could be improved: I used to hate the book cover, but you fixed that. So I've no complaints.
