A short Action Thriller in which terrorists have caused all the Atlantic sea life to become hyper-aggressive and lethal. The government assembles a team to determine how the animals were turned into weapons of destruction and how to undo the change. The hero must not only face the biological challenge of his life, but also hold together a team rife with dysfunction, hidden agendas and diminishing numbers due to assassinations.
